NDT designed La Boucherie based on a study about French habits and customs.
The restaurant, the first franchise in the US, was born with a program based on the service excellence and international cuisine quality. The project was a partnership between NTD Projects and Tri-Strength. Today, La Boucherie is renowned as high quality place.
